The Audiphone Company of South Texas was founded in 1935 by Paul Ross Irwin and James Ross Irwin. We provide hearing aids, speech aids, voice amplifiers, assistive listening devices, alert systems, and audiometers. James Ross Irwin II joined the company in 1972 and has assisted the hearing impaired for over thirty years. He holds an M. A. in Speech Pathology and Audiology, the Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, a license to practice Audiology, and registration to Fit and Dispense hearing instruments in Texas. We are not limited to a single brand of products. We provide independent, objective advice regarding your needs. Office Hours Office hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Early or late appointments and Saturday appointments may be made in advance. Please call before you come, if you can't call, we will take care of you as soon as we can. Directions We are located in the Guarantee Center on the South Access Road of North East Loop 410 between North New Braunfels Ave. and Nacogdoches Rd., "inside" the loop. There is abundant, free, ground level parking on the south side of the building, away from Loop 410. The office is on the 4th floor next to the elevators. Bus Bus #550 (the Looper) stops at stop #7177E on Loop 410 East in front of the building. Bus #11 stops at stop #7247N across from the building on Nacogdoches Rd. going north and #82128 by the building on Nacogdoches Rd. going south.
